The Whole Body Reset takes place on one of Florida's most peaceful stretches of coastline, intentionally chosen to support rest, presence, and healing.
With open skies, sunrise and sunset over the water, and space away from the noise of everyday life, you'll have the opportunity to slow down and reconnect with the rhythms your body was designed for.
The location isn't simply where the immersive happens. It's part of the experience.
Time in nature, nourishing meals, movement, sunshine, community, and rest work together to create an environment where your body can begin remembering what it was created to do.

The Whole Body Reset is a 7-day immersive designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and support what your body is already designed to do.
Through intentional rhythms, nourishing food, restorative sleep, movement, sunlight, and education, you'll learn practical ways to support your health long after the immersive ends.
This experience combines both teaching and hands-on practice so you can better understand what your body needs and how to work with it rather than against it.
It's an opportunity to listen more closely, pay attention differently, and begin trusting your body's ability to heal.
